Refund & Return Policy

  1. Hyperkhaleej accepts the return of purchased items through our website including food, personal care and home care items at all times. Customers are advised to return the fresh items like foods and vegetables before 3hrs of delivery and other non-perishable items should be returned within two days of the date of purchase. We provide 100% refund for the returned items which is already purchased through our website.
  2. Customer can credit the money with next order and can make the replacement of the items.
  3. The Refund will be made onto the original mode of payment
  4. Cancellation policy:
    The expected time span for the reporting an item, goods or service ordered to be cancelled is before 3hours after delivery (for fresh items like Meat, Fruits, Vegs, & Milk) and 48hrs after delivery for other non perishable products.
  5. The conditions under which cancellation & replacement will be allowed:
    Product damage:
    a. The Replacement/Cancellation of the product is allowed only if the product delivered was damaged before delivery.
    b. If the damage is caused by the act of customer, Refund/Replacement will not be granted.
    Not desired Product:
    a. The customer should report the reason for Replacement/Cancellation of the item/order before 3hrs after delivery.The operation team will be reviewing the reason and the item/order to be replaced/cancelled. If the reason is genuine, the items will be replaced with desired product with same price or cancelled on request of the customer
    b. If the item replaced, is having the price below the purchased item, the extra amount owe with Hyperkhaleej will be added as Hyperkhaleej wallet to the customer account so that the customer can use the amount with successive order or refunded by original mode of payment by the request of customer.
    c. The amount received from the cancelled items will be refunded by original mode of payment.
